1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2 Hours after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders are processed during our regular business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Same-Day (if available in selected locations)

Available shipping methods will be displayed during checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 4 Days

  • Same-Day Delivery (where available): 4 Hours

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on your selected shipping method and delivery location.

  • Standard Shipping: 10 AED

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over AED 100.

The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and tracking link (where available).

Please allow 8 Hours for tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched.

6. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • High order volumes

  • Public holidays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at poshleatherproducts@gmail.com with your order number, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

7. International Shipping

We DO NOT offer international shipping.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at poshleatherproducts@gmail.com. While we will do our best to make changes before dispatch, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 2 Days of the expected delivery or receipt.

  • Include your order number and photographs of any damaged items or packaging (if applicable).

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
