1. Return Eligibility

  • Be returned within 2 Days of receiving your order.

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 1 Day from the date your order is delivered.

After this period, we may be unable to accept your return or issue a refund.

3. How to Start a Return

  • Order number

  • Customer name

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the item 

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your request is approved.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 15 Days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are Non Refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or replacement product, please contact us within 1 Day of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • A refund (where applicable)

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 1Day  of delivery at poshleatherproducts@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

After reviewing your claim, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement product

  • A full or partial refund

  • An exchange

There will be no additional shipping charges for approved damaged or defective item claims.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered after delivery

  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, THE POGAGO will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for any other reason (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.
